Hi there,
The baby is coming and I have to refit my Troopy for family purpose.
I'm looking for after market or second hand rear seats around
Perth to fit in a HZJ75.
Not sure yet, whether to go with a bench or 2 single seats, but would prefer the latter to keep the fitout more suitable for travelling later on.
Any suggestions where to go? Are there any probs with fitting single seats instead of the fwd facing bench?
Thanks a lot.

I would have a chat to a certifier who may wise you up to any potential problems before you start. It's not a hard job to install seats but if you know what's required it could avoid a few muttered naughty words latter on.

i looked into refitting an 11 seater into a 5 seater when i saw the price of buying a factory 5 seater here in
brisbane. i found a couple of
places who specialize in this in the
brisbane yellow pages phone directory by looking up
"Motor Car Seats & / Or Conversions"
the company who were the most helpful mentioned how they modify the front passenger
seat to fold forward, allowing rear
seat access. it was a preety straight forward job for them by the sounds of it, and all came complianced.
good luck at finding somebody local
