I have a fan in my trailer for that purpose - works a treat.

You can see the filtered inlet and the filtered outlet at the rear (you can't see the filter which is underneath) if you look down the images. It was added after manufacture, so you can't see it on the first images.
It uses a high volume fan driven off the trailer battery - makes quite a racket. I have a switch for it in the front tool-box and can turn it off and on.
PS. the trailer's for sale so I that's why I have a gallery - I am getting one similar but slightly larger.

Thanks Andrew your set up looked good.
We are having problems deciding what size fan we would need for a 19ftvan to make sure the psi was sufficient to stop the dust. Its very hard to work out with different vents etc in the van the the size fan we will need.
