Thinking about getting a cover for our new van whilst it is at home. Any thoughts - which ones are good - or not so good.

I have heard that the covers actually wear away a bit of paint on the edges of the vehicle because of the continual movement on windy days.

Might only be a rumour though.

I heard it about motorbike covers, and it might be a bit harder to tie them down tight because of the shapes of the bikes.

Howdy Straddie, I also have heard that van covers & taups scratch the paint work but we have not expierenced it.
We cover our van with a "Sunland" cover which we bought from an automotive products retailer for $395.00 about three years ago.
You can buy these covers also from caravan outlets & I think Big W also sell them. We are happy with ours & have not had any problems. Cheers.
