Will 285/75 16 tyres fit under a non-lifted LC100TD? Probably BFG ATs. Any rubbing?

Is yours a IFS front end or Live axle?
Do you think 305's will fit live axle 100 with 2" lift?

Yes me too, BFG ATs 285.75.16, not had a prob at all, been on now about 18 months running them around the 32 psi, a bit more when loaded, speedo out a little, when showing 100klm actually doing 96 klm, cant notice much difference in noise, hope this helps, LC100 V8 Pete.

peter when I put the 285's on my Patrol the speedo went the other way, i.e. 100kmh on speedo = 103 on the GPS, prev it was spot on. your speedo mustve been way low before then.

had cooper ATR's on my 100 before its lift and had no probs. still running them.
my speedo is 4 k/hr out, my partner got pulled over in a 60 zone for doing 62 k/hr. boys in blue must have been bored that day!

Thanks gentlemen, it seems the little extra ground clearance can be had for not too much dowwnside. Economy, possible braking deficiency and need to change down to go up hills (but I can let the auto handle that)
