Water in Lake Eyre

With so much rain falling in central and western Queensland recently, does anyone know just how much water is expected in lake Eyre and perhaps when it is expected to arrive there.

cooper was dry when we crossed it last week on the Bville track .....dont thinks its going to get there!

Wasnt that high at Windorah either....

And @ the rate we watched the Qld'ers sucking water out of the rivers to water their lawns I think their is little chance of the lake seeing any! (sorry to the Qld'ers - not having a go - just an observation!) Have not see so many green lawns for AGES - mine died a year ago!

Could you let me know what the road condition is like from Windorah to Marree. Hope to tow a caravan through there in May.

It has been posted plenty of times before but here it is again link to lake eyre yacht club. They have updates on water coming in (or lack therof heheehe)Hope it helps.
