Hi all,
Has anyone had any problems with water leaking from the screw cap lids while laying their 10/20L willow water containers (blue opaque ones) on their side.
Cheers Greg

As a general rule it is always usefull to stand your water containers up if they dont seal correctly.
Having said that, if they are leaking, you might just need to replace the rubber seal in the cap.

Hi Oxford,
Thanks for that.
Might have to try to get a seal or two.

I had the same problem. It was due to the top surface of the opening ( the mating surface to the cap seal) being uneven. I solved it by filing the surface smooth. I had first tried a new seal but that was not successful. Hope this helps

I'm with you David,
I file the mouth flat, it's the mould lines that are the problem
I file them full them and stand on them to
test for leaks.
Cheers
Richard
