Hi Guys,
I am going to
Birdsville mid August with a few friends and one vechile is on gas.
Where is the last place that we can get gas? Is it at
Leigh Creek or at heading towards
Marree.
All help would be useful, thanks for your help.

There are oil company and LPG association web sites that list all the gas outlets around the country.
In remote areas though a town may only have one outlet so it would be advisable to ring and make sure they still have it. Unfortunately even doing that is no guarantee because you could arrive there and find plenty of gas but the pump has broken.
If this car is on straight gas then make sure you have a reliable and safe way to tow it because you might have to.
