Had it fitted yesterday, works a treat in the day time,Of course i went to the nearest highway to
test it lol..
Now i went to my mechanics (good friend)..Was dark when i hopped into car and turned on the lights,No illumination for the cruise on the steering wheel...
I honestly don't know how they get away with that from a Roadworthy point of view..
Take in Considering the last recording could have been at 100 kilometres,in a 60 zone at night and accidentally hit resume because you need a headlamp or. light on to use at night until you get familiar at using it...
I know hitting the cllutch or brake cancels it...
Just a rambling
Cheers

I've got one and it'll take you 5 minutes to get used to where the buttons are.

I've had the autron in both my vehicles now and love it. Interesting to note that even the cruise controls on the sticks in both Holden and Fords are not illuminated. Also difficult to see and operate due to being hidden behind the steering wheels.
Cheers. Mick

Doesn't the memory for the cruise control cancel once the ignition is switched off.
It does on the vehicle I drive.

My Autron retains the last setting in memory when the ignition is turned off. So next time the cruise is turned on and 'reset' is pressed it will go to the last setting.

Our Subaru and XR6 Falcon ute with factory cruise aren't illuminated and we don't have a problem....takes about 30 seconds to get use to them again.
We have Autrons on another two of our vehicles and again takes about 30 seconds to get use to them.
