Hi,

Has anyone wired a abr sidewinder flyer or dual battery into a hilux dual cab tray? I have a 1997 model sr5 and am waiting for my flyer in the mail. My question is were did people run the cable to the main battery in the engine? Did you go under the car or through the cab?

Also I have two quotes for 120a/h batteries.
$320 for an Amp-Tech agm or $375 for a fullriver agm battery. Can anyone suggest a better place to get a battery or suggest which offers better value for money if they are the best price I will get?

Cheers
Ben

How do you secure your fridge in the cab without a drawer system? (presuming that what it's for) Only saying this out of self confessed ignorance cause I was spoilt in my last wagon cause I bolted in the fridge slide to the wooden false floor, don't have that luxury in the cab, though it has one of those hard plastic protectors that could probably hold quite a bit with some screws I would have thought.

Hi Porl,

I am putting the fridge in the tray not in the cab....probably screwed into a false floor at his stage...bit like your setup
