Hi there,
I dropped my Garmin eTrex... though I had it properly latched on my belt - duh! and the screen is now only working in the bottom half which makes use of it pretty impossible.
If anyone's blind and wants a good working GPS, let me know... or alternatively, has anyone had any experience getting one repaired?
Cheers
Andrew.

oops - it is actually a Garmin GPS 60 not an etrex at all. I'll be inspired to take it apart and see if I can order the spare parts... it is obviously not as rugged as it is alleged to be ;-)

I had an older magellan bite the dust and Next Destination sold me a new one though they had been withdrwn from sale when the later models came out. It was $150, the original cost me four or six hundred cant remember. I got an explorer already but the old one was better.
