Thanks to all that gave suggestion, had a great time, never ever fought of tassie as an off road destination but found it to be some of the most challenging in 30 odd years of 4wheel driving & will definitely be going back.(when its warmer)

Well the old dude at the Caulfield Show when asked about 4wd in Tassie he replied i can tell you where you cant go !
