Yes, quite a few times.
Experiances have been very positive.
Buy my copy of Oziexplor from them and went back to do a training course as
well.

I have purchased a few items from GPSOZ and found the staff efficient with an effective response to my queries, orders and deliveries.
What really makes a difference in my opinion, is that the company does not concentrate on a single "brand name" in either hardware or software.
They deal with almost all major brands and have a solution to suit anybody's specific requirements.
No affiliation, just a very satisfied customer.

GPSOZ has one of the best business reputations I have ever come across, and, in my experience dealing with them, I'm not surprised.
They take a genuine interest in making sure that their customers get what they want/need and readily follow that up with very knowledgeable support.
Well worth giving them a go.

Great company to deal with. Bought my Garmin Etrex Legend Hcx from them a few months ago. Quick service, good prices.
Useful feature if anyone is travelling out of the country - they hire out O/S versions of City Navigator.
Recently hired one for 12 days in NZ @ $5.00 per day. It was a great asset in finding our way around a completely unknown region.
No affiliation - just another very satisfied customer.

I bought a Magellan off them and I could not make it work with my tablet PC . I was there for three hours with them while they figured it out . Very helpful , although you can't have service like that AND the cheapest prices .

Have dealt with them several times. They are about the best in Australia, from my point of view. The depth of product knowledge which they display makes for a big difference when there are issues with equipment set up or software operation.
They are able to resolve most problems that people throw at them. Not associated in any way just had good support for and prompt delivery of items purchased.

I have also dealt with them and found the staff extremely helpful. Very good backup of products. My purchase was a garmin 510 plus some bits as well.

Although i could not see any phone numbers,Hence the Question about the Company..
I have the Mag XL Willie but its not user friendly for the missus.But i luv the Topo especially hooked up to my IBM Lenovo Laptop in NMEA Mode
(oh i bought a case recently for about 35 bucks,it's the original magellan case for the xl and protects it perfectly,can giv you the info if you havnt got one willie)
Dougie Kindly gave me some info on the Garmin so i'm going with this

and there throwing in a free upgrade to City Navigator 2009 (eta 3rd Qtr 2008)..
