Yeh Yeh Good one
Close to the Airport would be great, Nudgee Road Ha, Ha,
Some where between there and Toowmooba I can cope with.
The space I can offer is on the Southern Scenic Route Up here in the real World

Hi Russnic, stay at a caravan park for one night keep the receipt and use that for your address, transport dept will use that. I live far NTH QLD Tablelands and have space for vehicle to be parked but not under cover, if this helps contact me and see how we go . Col

HI Russnic.
I would have room to park on but not under cover.
I am on 1 acre block just north of
Brisbane close access to Bruce Highway. From my place to airport about 30 min if not peak hour - only one set of traffic lights.
Alternatively do you want to invest in a rental property on 3/4 acre where you could park?
Let me know if you want to follow this up,
Cheers,
Glen

Thanks.
What would 3/4 acre near the Bruce be worth?
Could swap 1 acre not far off the Southern Scenic Route about 25 minutes east of Invercagill ?

3/4 acre blocks are now getting fairly scarce in this area.
Most recent sale I know of was $340K for a corner block.
Other sales in past few months $285K - $320K.
Sorry I cant take up offer of NZ land. We want to sell 3/4 acre to buy a bigger block out further as we have ponies to keep.
How about a 1 acre block with old 2 bedroom cottage (giving a modest rental income) plus a concrete hard stand area to park your 4by on for $389K?
Cheers,
Glen

Would love to help out but with 3x4b's, a boat and a van already on a small block it is out of the question. Only live 10 mins from the airport too so would have been good if I could.
Good luck.
Regards, Trevor.
