I'm sure people have to build them up themselves. Ford don't sell them here in the states either. I think limo companies build them up. Looks like an F750 front, F350 cab thats extended and F350 dually rear end. I have seen some built up with Excursion rear ends and F750 fronts.

yes and F150 and F250 and F450... why were you telling me this? I am saying this and many others like it were not built by Ford, but were custom built using parts from the Ford trucks. That is why Ford are not going to sell them in their showrooms.

And we thought that a F100/F250 was the best vehicle for the lead vehicle on tracks.

If the Effy could fit through every one else would be able to get their pride and joy through unscratched.

That monster would be even better.

Disco.

PS. K 07 would be glad about the tax he would rake in too.

Huge opportunity exists for Chrysler to bring in their range of Dodge Ram 4 x 4's now that Ford have stopped importing their F150 / F250 trucks. Anyway, Dodge's are better built than Fords and have fantastic Cummins diesels in the range. Bring them on !

That's not out of the factory from Ford. It's all custom built. Using mostly Ford parts, but the fit and finish is going to be of the custom builder isn't it.
