Hi everybody, Only have 3 weeks left until we hit the road for 16 weeks to
Lightning Ridge.We have been there before and just love the atmosphere over there as
well as
Bore Bath (artesian hot water pool) We do a bit of
fossicking but mainly just relax and enjoyed the good weather. Also people are fantastic and friendly. I'll be missing this site as I don't have Lap top and also no Internet and power at the
camp site but may be able to visit the local Internet caffee. Will see.

lorne station plenty of room and allowed campfires

When you get there give as a buzz on 0438290349 as we are not far from

And another couple heading there for the opal festival in July, only been to
Lightning Ridge once before about 6 weeks ago and stayed at Lorn Station for a few days, will be heading back to stay there for a couple of weeks this time, think it may be just a little cool then, frozen assets ah, will be camping, look out for silver V8 100 series Cruiser and blue trailer, come and say Hi, catch you then. Pete.

Hi Peterjs,
Most definitely will see you as Lorn Station CP is not far from where we
camp. Opal festival is something else as you'll discover.
