Reminds you how much of a world market we are in ... put half a tank in the Cruiser last week, was $110 at $1.67 and just had to laugh, shake the head and swipe the card. Luckily the wife Corolla is the daily driver. I know when the Cruiser is out of the shed it means I am heading out of the city for the weekend, so it is all worthwhile. Anyway, article makes for interesting but distressing reading on a Friday night.

Oil Rises to Record Above $127 on Speculation China to Buy Fuel

Enjoy your weekend.

$110 is that all!

I normally put $220 - $260 in at a time. (Newcastle NSW has hit $1.77/L)

yeh, looked at fuel prices as i drove past on the way to work yesterday, diesel was $1.67 and unleaded was $1.36, got to love a 31 cents / ltr difference haven't you, not!!!
over easter the television journos were making a song and dance about 20 cents a litre difference, amazing how they have nothing to say now. must be abit more news on revolving around earthquakes and cyclones overseas that gets priority, don't need the filler stories.

Cost me almost $30 to fill my LPG tank the other day... Gone are the days of 30c/L LPG.... I'll get 300km from $30

There was an article in The West Australian this week saying that profit margins have gone up 300% for BP at it's diesel refinery outside Perth
