We are a family looking to meet up with another family or two to travel from
Cairns up to the tip and back to
Cairns.
We have 3 children, boy 15, girl 12 and baby 18 months. Taking our 200 series and Trak Shak camper.
We would ideally like to meet up with a similar family to leave
Cairns on Thursday 10th July and back to
Cairns on Monday 21st July (or a couple of extra days if needed). We intend going up via Bloomfield to
Cooktown then through Lakefield N.P. before joining the development road and the OTL on the way up. Coming back just as a high speed run on the development road.
If anyone is interested then please leave a message here or send direct to me.
I'm not sure about organising on this
forum so if this needs to go across to the
Treks section then that's ok - can a mod let me know please?

Check out
Members Trips/Gatherings. Howard (ACT) has a trip organized pretty close to your anticipated date of departure.
If that's no good, enter your trip into Members Trips/Gatherings as a post like this will get lost pretty quickly.

Melbourne 8/8/08 heading to
Broken Hill then on to who knows where, we
are doing the Cape then back to Melb. whos knows
