After reading a previous thread (ThreadID: 57255) on Instant gas hot water systems I looked at the imported one on ebay and ended up buying one for camping. I mainly
camp at the beach and have a spear pump for water and was currently using a heat exchange for hot water, although it works
well I often go without and have a cold shower as setting it up can be not worth the effort, although my wife thinks it is worth my effort.
Wow I can't believe how good this system is, I have it mounted outside my shower tent connected to the gas bottle and connected to the tap on my spear. The provided shower rose is mounted inside, all we do now is turn the water on and presto the unit lights and we have hot showers turn off the water and it goes out. Although it does not have Aus approval it is great for camping in our situation. Thanks to Drew T (
