Bought some new yellow diesel plastic jerry cans today.
Never used plastic before. Are they good to go, or do you need to wash then out with diesel first?
Cheers JD

Used
mine straight away & never had a problem, they have done some trips too, canning, the cape, simpson to name a few I use a large plastic strong crate that fits 3 perfectly with a bit of marine carpet on base & sides. By the way i have found that the blue water ones to be the best for not leaving that PVC taste
regards Vince
Ps the ones i have are slinghtly wider at the base & are the Scepter Brand made in Canada (They make a lot of fuel tanks for the marine industry)
