If you're heading north out of
Adelaide why not call into Central Grocers at 77 Saint Rd Salisbury Plain (just west of Mn Nth Rd) they are Wholesale Grocers and have lots of items in bulk capacities. Great for extended trips and camping. I have always found their prices to be VERY competitive
