Thought some of you might be interested to know that Cheap as Chips have a range of Absolom & Egan DVDs available at the moment. $5.00 each - about 18 - 20 titles in all. I reckon for some 'historical' travel/adventure stuff they are pretty good value.

Where are cheap as chips? as I would not mind getting some of jacks as I'm in a few it would give the kids a laugh

We just got some of Jack's gems - hard not to fall off the chair laughing .... and that was when Jack was trying to be serious !

Someone gave me a copy of his Safe Outback Travel book in the middle of the last century, Most of the books contents was probably relavant then but not much of it is these days. Michael
