As I put in an earlier post this week I just got 4 x 305/70 16 inch Cooper ST's put on. I have looked up some conversion charts on the net and found that they are almost exactly the same rolling circumferance as 33 inch tyres. Will it work and not cause probs for the 80 series driveline if I get a cheap 12.5 x 33 x 15 on cheap wheel as spare untill I get the offending tyre fixed/replace when needed? (I dont really mean cheap more like cheaper as no bloody tyres in this size are even close to cheap.). What if any are other cheaper suggestions for replacement tyres as $310 for new Cooper and $50+ for wheel, (The other 4 wheels were 260 each), does anyone have to help me with keeping the costs down as the allowance for the car from the missus is getting very close to zeeeeeerrroooo!
What can I say but it looks like I'l have too take her away for a long weekend to apease her sensibilities.

All help appreciated

Cheers Charlie
