There are now 4 Turbo Tents in our family of tourers. From a 300 to a 240 to a 270 lite, some from the very first release of the range. IMHO - good quality and very
well made, have stood
well to the
test of time and have withstood some awful weather without a problem where other tents on site simply disintegrated or blew away.
Phoenix Leisure Group (BW parent company in OZ) have been fantastic with after sales service where needed. Phoenix replaced our original Turbo 300 for free when I noticed a couple of pin-holes in the roof canvas. And when the early ones suffered from breakages in the plastic knuckles, Phoenix issued complete sets of alloy replacement knuckles for free to all owners of plastic ones and paid for fitting for those who were not confident. I managed to break one of the alloy ones through my own sheer stupidity and again they replaced it for free and gave me a spare.
Expensive but the cost appears to be warranted.
