anyone have and info on the diff ratios on the 94 patrols, are they the same or do they differ? what ratios do they run? will the bellhousing on the TD42 diesel bolt up to the 5 speed trans on the petrol engine? is this a fairly easy swap? any ideas, has anyone done this swap? any help will be appreciated. regards

The diff ratios are marked on your compliance plate...
should see

HG39 3.9's
HG41 4.1's
HG43 4.3's
HG46 (I'll fight ya for em! RARE...)

The bell housings are different...

the man to talk to is Pete Christie on the Patrol4wd group, he knows this stuff backwards.

1994 TB42's ran with 3.9:1 and the TD42 had 4.1:1. Minor difference with the bellhousing(as above link), but will bolt to gearbox.Engine mounts are same.
