Wife just went sth from Brissy yesterday and is now happily drinking vino in the Hunter Valley so all must be OK. No probs around Brissy or Caboolture so can't see you having dramas further north as it is only another 50k's up the road from Caboolture.

Franksy, please be aware there is a charity ride on sunday around the coast starting at 10am from the big pineapple ending around 12 noon at the Ettamogah pub there is usually a couple of hundred motor bikes involved along with support vehicles.... not sure on road closures though, otherwise roads up from Brissy are fine. Storms are expected sometime Friday

being a long weekend means it should be a carpark up around Burpengary as usual, once you get past all the roadworks just north of there it should be right, assuming there hasn't been an accident somewhere.
