Go to the BOM website and view the radar and the 4 day weather maps for W.A....over the next few days the whole state is going to cop it....making travelling a matter of carefull planning...Drysdale and Elquestro are copping a lot of rain at the moment, making the GRR impossible maybe?
I hope it clears up soon as I am heading north in a few weeks, van and all........

Us too - and watching it. Rain in June last year made travelling fun for the caravaners already along the GRR - who didn't know it had been closed until they saw the signs on the way out. Our son thought it might upset his GRR trip in July, but all was
well by then, a few less on the roads, and perhaps a bit more water in the falls.

Hope this is not the BOM Radar that you were referring to for
Perth Perth Radar
or this one for
Geraldton Geraldton Radar
or this one for
Carnarvon Carnarvon Radar
Sorry but from what I can see and interpret there's absolutely no rain whatsoever showing on the radar for the above areas - at the moment.

Yep, its bloody fantastic, up 'til 11.30 tarping the roof and mopping up the drips etc. Usually pretty safe doing renovations this time of year, but I got caught out a bit. No damage, apart from a couple of tears to a mates tarp, and not much sleep last night. most of the roof is back on, still a day and a half to finish it off. I think the rain is just about finished, and I don't think it will cause too many drama's, maybe make a bit of blacksoil a bit slippery, but in most
places it seems like its not enough to cause any problems....may even be fun for some!
Cheers ANdrew
