Hi Everyone,
Just a quick
logon to let you all know that SWMBO has given birth to our first boy on Tuesday... FINALLY!!!!
He has 2 older sisters, Zoe (5) & Katelyn (3), who weren't keen on having a little brother to start with, but now they adore him...
Name is Tyler Bradley Borg, weighed 9lb 7.5oz... OUCH!!! (So i've been told LOL).
Cheers, A very happy Littleborgy

congrats! Did your girls come in and watch?
All ours have come in from around 2 1/2 onwards and you would be amazed how kids handle it and take it in their stride, especially girls!

Thanks fisho64, the girls didn't come in & watch... They were with their Grandma & Poppa.
I actually thought it would be a bit scary for them, seeing their mum in pain & everything else going on...
Cheers, Brad

you would be amazed how they handle it, I was. We were worried about the same thing, that they would be freaked out by the blood etc but kids are remarkably resilient. The experience and bonding lasts a long time and certainly seems to eliminate that jealousy problem some have with newborns, as they feel part of the action I guess.
Still, best of all good wishes!

Good onya Brad, well done (oh, and I spose to your SWMBO too....hahaha.....I spose she played a small part in the whole event as well, eh??!!! hahahahaha).
Another potential Nissan owner (if we're still allowed to own a 4x4 in 17 years time, or can aford to put diesel in the tank!).
All the very best to you and the family mate,
Cheers
Roachie

Thanks Roachie,
Yeah i suppose SWMBO did have something to do with it... It's about time we got the recipe right for a boy. LOL
I'm sure he'll be a Nissan owner, hopefully they won't be softroaders by then (Like the 'Yota's are now LOL)
Cheers, Brad
