Does anyone Know of any good AT tyres that can go on my forester. I am currently looking at cooper CS4 what do you think? They would be used about 70% road and 30% off-road

Great vehicle Subies, but tyre wear is a bit of an achilles heal with them being AWD. I've tried many different brands over the years wth my various Subies and current Forester and have found Toyo to have the longest wear.
Have a look at
http://www.toyo.com.au/OPAT%20Page.htm
Price wise you could put 6 on for 4 Coopers and probably get more wear out of them!!!!
By the way, the tread patern is very similar/same as the Cooper ATR.
Cheers

Just had 2 cooper AT's fitted today for the front of our Landcruiser.
90,000km warranty was very appealing.. going back next week to have the rears and spare done as
well. Go the Coopers :-)

CS4's are 90% road and 10% mud.
I would look at ATR's
What size do you need?

cheers Richard. I have been looking for a set of ATR's but cant seem to find any to suit the rim size they are 215/60 R16. If you Know of any tyre to suit it would be much appreciated. I've been told coopers are a good reliable tyre but the CS4's are the only cooper that fit this rim size.

Hi, My Subie has just had her 450,000 km service... she is up for new tyres, using Bridgestone ATR's she had just clocked up 135,000 kms on those without a hitch - slight road noise - but great in the bush and on the road - even the Bridgestone Tyre supplier was amazed at the mileage Subie has got out of the tyres and she has been to some very challenging and interesting
places - surprising all of the large 4WD's that have met her on the road..
so again.. I am going for Bridgestone ATR's. Cheers.
