I have seen these somewhere but cannot remember where - yet another senior's moment! Does anyone know where I can purchase one? It is effectively a "collapsible handle shovel" that can be used as either a short handle spade or a long hamdled spade/shovel. Fits into compact locations.

We are heading north tomorrow up the Hume Highway to Orange, then Newcastle - Brisbane - Townsville so can pick up along this route during our trip if necessary.

Many thanks in anticipation of some help on this one.

Onyer Crazy Dog, you are quite right about your comment. I put it off for years, then had my first a colonoscopy about five years ago ( I am 64) Glad I did as if I had not I would have been pushing up daises by now. I have just had a follow up in April this year & no problems.
The stupid part is your comment about us blokes being embarrassed is true. But I dunno why. It saved my life. It didn't hurt. There was nothing to be embarrassed about, no finger up the bum. The worst part was not being able to have a decent feed for a few days before the very simple procedure ( it takes about 20 minutes ) & of course in true Doctor fashion the B...sted said I could not have a beer for a couple of days!!
Get your finger out fellows, go for it, for you & your families sake. Cheers

Mate,

I just bought me one of these spades. At TJM in Townsville.
There is another one on the floor. There is also a nifty carrier that you can attach to your spare wheel (if mounted on the back)

Get one on your way through

Cheers
