Seen this GPS for on the internet for $476us would I be able to put Australian maps and shonkey on it?

I have one of these units with Shonkey maps on it and it runs fine. Maps load the same as other Garmins.

It wont run Ozi, it WILL run CityNavigator or Shonky maps and you'll need to pay for City Navigator or get Shonky for free
