Hi all, what's the latest re the wet conditions on the CSR. I have friends who are travelling it at the moment and was wondering of the rains would have them standed somewhere. They are towing an Ultimate which would no doubt make their progress that little bit harder.
Cheers,
Glenn

Thanks Sir Kev, Should have seen that post myself. I guess the heading didn't catch my attention. Sounds like they wouldn't have had too much trouble although that wouldn't have worried them. cheers, Glenn

We had rain when we did the CSR in 2005, it was spectacular. Some amazing
wildflowers out, the colours were amazing. Such a land of contrasts.
I'm so glad we did it before all this rubbish of closing things off happened. We had such a great time walking into the various springs and gorges and exploring along the way. To have that denied is a travesty. I really can't think of any genuine traveller who would disrespect the locals sites and damage anything in this age of more enlightened people.
