hi guys
i am looking at
buying a camper trailer. i am looking at customline campers at the moment.made south of
brisbane.
does anybody out there have one or know somebody who has one, if so i would love some feedback on the quality, strength, durability,do they leak or fall apart after the warranty runs out.all pros and cons would be greatly appreciated.
i am looking at the deluxe off road ,seems pretty good everything i want for less than $10,000 the others i looked at are least 2 to $3,000 dearer,i just hope they are as good as they seem
regards

Quite happy with
mine.
There a few people on thsi site who have them.
Just did a search of the
forum posts and quite a few answers, so do a search yourself for more detail.
Also , where are you planning to use it?

Hi Brentos,
I would have posted before and a search would find the details. We have had a Customline since June 2000, we have found it excellent. We go to the caravan and
camping show every year (probably over 10 years now) and still haven't seen anything else I'd rather have.
I see this year that customline have increased the options to make even more room if you need it, though we think it makes it too big and awkward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one to anyone serious about a simple, reliable camper off road camper (we have the deluxe off road, have added a few extras since, pole tube, gas struts to bed board to make opening easier from the inside).
Cheers, db...

thanks guys for your info.
hi oldplodder it will only be used for light off road stuff mainly, like national parks, some beach trips fairly rare though, and in a year or so i will take it up to
cape york then eventually across he top end and back through the middle back to the
gold coast.
i will do an archive search on these campers
but would still like to hear some fresh opinions on them
thanks guys
regards brentos

Brentos,
I am on the
Gold Coast if you want to have a look at what we have done with our camper.

Hi Brentos,
We have had a Customline for 2 years and have not had 1 issue with it. We have done some hard driving with it and it looks as good as new. I know many other people with them and they all have the same remarks. You can't go wrong with it.
Regards,
