Over the last few months I have done a huge amount of work customizing / readying for travel, our new camper /
camping setup – almost ready to roll. I just wanted to nominate a few firms around
Adelaide for the good service etc I’ve received in the last few months.
Peter & Rick's Auto Workshop at Glynde (Exide Batteries) – great service and price
Tyrepower St Agnes – found Sunraysia’s for me which had +30 offset (which I needed), CSA’s, and then charged me $10 less per rim than quoted price, after asking me what I as quoted!! Just doesn’t happen does it.
AJ Stock (Steel supplies) - great service and prices
Whitworths
Port Adelaide (AGM battery, Shurflo pump and other stuff) – seem to only have quality gear and some prices are the best in town. Always pleasant to deal with.
Cameron Caravans (camper) – great service (still smarting from the price but it was definitely fair!!)
No Affiliations...... just a happy customer.
[I could give out a few serious brickbats too, oh yeah, but don’t want to go there today……….]

Onya. It's always good to hear someone acknowledge that they are happy with a particular service. To often ( me included ) will have a bit of a whinge about something we are NOT happy with.
If you are realy happy, give the
places you mentioned a phone call, ask for the Boss, & tell him how happy you were with the goodies & the staff member who looked after your needs. Cheers.

I also bought an AGM (Remco) from Whitworths at
Port Adelaide. The
young girl wouldn't take my money until I could explain to her how it would be charged. She really wanted to make sure I was going to look after an expensive battery. I admired that.
