I had BFG AT tyres on my 2001 Patrol and was suitably impressed with them. I changed vehicles in 2006 to a new Patrol and will be looking for tyres within the next 12 months. I have been watching since I purchased my new vehicle thinking that BFG would come to the party with an AT tyre that matches the placard tyre size (275/65/17). Nothing yet. They have a tyre with a slightly different profile and width, but I was hoping to stay with the size originally fitted.
Does anyone know if there are plans by BFG to manufacture a tyre that matches newer patrol species?
Ta Steve

Run a gps to figure out the % your speedo is out, purchase the tyre size that best reflects and accurate speedo reading - more important than placarded specs, imo.

Yoy're right, its not that hard but also its important to buy something that is popular so you have more chance of buying one if needed when out remote somewhere. Or at least to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe.. Michael
