Removing a 2h and installing a 12ht

Firstly thanks to every one that replied to my previous post about the 2h.
Well the jury has come back and the news is not good for the old motor, i have been lucky enough to find a 12ht that i might put into the troopy.
I would like to find out a little more info on the conversion process and what other parts i need, the engine is currently in a car and its in working order, so i should be abel to remove what ever i need.

Just check if it is a grey import, it could be 24 V.

Nothing wrong with 24v if you have the whole vehicle to donate parts, half the current flow, less electrical problems, millions of trucks can't be wrong.

if it is 24v changing an alt , starter and glow plgs should not be a problem
