We would like to thank the members who replied when we were looking for info. for our trip to Rudall N.P. We got to within 200kms. of the
Park entrance when it started to rain. For a time we were driving sideways for quite a bit. Then common sense(swmbo) prevailed and we returned to
Newman and then
Perth. Special thanks to you Willem and Gerry for your valuable inf regarding way points.
A special acknowledgement must also go to Joe and Maria of Pilbaran Iron Tours in
Newman without whose help, encouragement, and friendship the trip turned from a potentail disaster into a "We will be back" next year experience.

Bad luck Tom. It's a top spot. Pity you couldn't sit it out - but seems there's been a lot of rain over the
Pilbara.
We don't get much TV over here - however did see flood rescue of truck drivers on the
Nullagine last week. Might have been the same rain band that got you.
