Hi all,
It appears that some time in the last few weeks a flash player update was sent out and it appears that there was some form of problem with it and using the site. As it is all external software I cannot diagnose what the problem is. However it appears that the easiest solution is to update your flash player version as the one out now seems to have no problems in it.
It is an easy update - takes around 1 min so please use
Flash Update and get updated to the latest version.

I have updated flash player as advised.
It might be my imagination but pages seem to be loading much faster now.
