All looks pretty sensible and compliant to me. Might cause a few problems for some though !

Long vehicles have been able to use both lanes thru a roundabout since April last year. At least in Queenslnad they have.
But is qualified by stating IF NECESSARY.
Its necessary when the idiots try shooting up the left hand side and you end up 20 cars further back than going into it.
Long is 7 meters or over as I understand it

Welcome to the 'We must give way to cyclist' rules which we most likely will all be riding soon anyway with the current fuel prices.
The 'storage box' is the section of road that will be in the left lane and at the front of the
intersection. This box will have the usual painted borders and a bicycle symbol in it.
The procedure is that when the lights are red the cyclists can lane split down to the front and stop in front of the left lane in the box.
The boxes I have seen completely cover the whole lane width so you will be a little cheesed off if you are the first cab off the rank and a bunch of cyclist come through.
Although I have not seen or heard of such ruling or description, I have actually seen all the painted evidence because of Eastlink in Victoria.
In my view this is what the intention is.

So since when do these kiddies get the run of the roadways on their toys. They should be in the playground with the rest of the kiddies. i pay for my use of the road in fuel tax, rego etc...this country is going down the gurgler fast.

"If there is a slip lane to turn, you can only turn left that way"
That's good 'cause few people in W.A. seem to know what they are for. They either use half or none of the slip lane ,even when they have a road train behind them.
