Different ply or load rating?
Different date of manufacture and upgrade done meanwhile?

Maxxis make both P (passenger) and LT (light truck) tyres in that size. While 35 psi is the max pressure for the P-rated tyre, I thought 50psi was the max pressure for the LT version.

G'day Phil, Kath has lost her girlie shoes now and has some Maxxis mud boots on, just this week. Hope they will handle the gibbers pretty
well.

I'd be interested to hear how they go. My Goodyears have been great, but the price keeps going up, and Maxxis make a 3ply sidewall tyre in a 255/85 that would go
well on my 7 inch wide rims.
