Evening all, over the last week or so I've been having a lot of trouble getting into the exploreoz website, the page will partially open with the blue back ground and the home, forum, trader, shop etc. bar is there but that is how the page remains and clicking onto the bar does nothing and I then have to close the internet down which involves "this program is not responding" and "send error report" boxes. I've been using this site on a regular basis for many years and have not encountered any opening problems before. Same computer and no problems with any other sites. Is anyone else experiencing this problem ? Perhaps David or Michelle may have a solution.
Many thanks Jon

Others have reported some problems but I've had no trouble at all.

I'd suggest that you use the 'Feedback' form in the 'About Us' header thingy at the top of the page.

This will get to the right person.

The partial page issue should be resolved with a + Refresh/reload of the browser. There is also a rogue ad that was loaded about 2 weeks ago that is causing significant errors. I have asked this be pulled from the network and it should be done in the next hour or two. This should be the end of the issue.

PS: Interestingly enough after the flash update on our computers in the office we have had no problem with opening or performance and we open hundreds of pages every day across 5 computers. So I know the flash update should solve it however I have insisted that the faulty ad be removed.

Jon,

I am sure I have now fixed this issues once and for all. See my new thread on it if you like however the performance and screen draw problem will be gone......

Thank you for your input David, I've just switched on the computer and opened up exploreoz tonight without any problems, so I think you may have fixed it.
Once again many thanks Jon
