Fuelstar claims it will save 20 cents a litre

Hi All Wondering if anyone has had anything to do with this devise,(Fuelstar)Have tried the hyclone in my Jackaroo T/D 2002 but soon returned it ( www.fuelstar.net.au )

It's the same as a Hyclone or Fitch,NRMA has tried them all and none work.
