Hi on this forum you are best to fire away a few questions .
And sift through the replies, and try and sort out fact from fiction.
Or do a search on this forum search eg : Range Rover suspension.
Try google there are be a few land rover, range rover forums out there.

Rob.
I only ever made one mistake
and that's when I thought I was wrong!

As a contributor to both this forum and the AULRO forum, could I suggest that you are more likely to get answers from contributors with similar experiences from the AULRO forum.
There are miriads of springs available for Range Rover Classic, ranging from standard height to 4 or 6 inch lifts.
MIght I suggest that you research what springs are actually on your car . The usual way they are expressed is in free length inches and lbs per inch of compression. It would help gretaly if you can tell what springs are on it. Then someone can tell you whether they are standard height or some other height. Yours will be more like a Disco 1 than a RRC as you will not have a load leveller
Without knowing how high your car is and what springs are in it, its hard to be specific, but remember without air suspension it obviously does not "kneel" to get in.
Have a look at this site, which lists most of the major manufacturers offerings.
