I have just fitted a 3inch exhaust to my 2003 patrol 3litre it has made a big difference most of the lag has gone out of the motor it was hopeless below 1800revs now she will pull from 500 revs I am more than happy with the upgrade any more info give me a hoy on 0408589947

WOW ! Thanks for sharing that. It must have been very moving for you. (Get it - MOVING). Hope it continues to improve and perhaps even reduce your fuel consumption. You could be onto something.

Need to watch the turbos on those.They already operating at their limit-about 25lbs boost as opposed to 10-15 lbs.Interesting to know if the 3" system affects it.

Just another thought.Don't know how much you know about the 3.0 l turbos but vital to keep aircleaner (Nissan part), intake,sensor and intercooler clean of dust and breather oil otherwise stressed turbo goes bye bye.

Hi Gary,Do yourself a favour now you have the 3 inch exhaust and fit a DP Chip,if you see a big improvement now just wait if you chip it up. Cheers Snake and Josie
