Good Evening all.
Fairly easy question, I hope.
Do bucket seats from an 80 series or other landcruiser fit into a the front of a troopys without modification.
Regards Bob

not 100% sure but i doubt it very much. i just installed SAAS seats in my 100 series on the weekend and was at the wreckers today chasing a seatbelt stork, looking at seats out of the 80 series i noticed how different the mounting points were compared to my 100 series. simple things like the stork the seatbelt clips into are different between all the cruiser models, so no chance really of mounting points being the same.

Grab a pair of seats from the wreckers . The hard part is finding someone to make the modified runner mounts and getting it complianced .

Keep an eye on ebay and the trading post. After market seats including runners come up for troppy's every now and then.
I picked up a recaro drivers
seat in as new condition for about a quarter of the new price for my 100 series.
