CSR....need a fellow traveller

I put a call out a couple of months ago on Exploroz as I lost my two travelling buddies for my July CSR Trip North to South.

I had a real nice bloke come to the rescue, but due to circumstances beyond his control, he has had to pull out today. He did tell me that the Albany 4WD Club was heading South on the CSR around 24th July. I have left a couple of messages for Albany 4WD Club members today.

Anyone out there from Albany 4WD Club or know of these Travellers.

I am very keen to join some fellow travellers heading South on the CSR around 21st July onwards.....fully setup and ready to go.

Fingers crossed someone will now someone who will know someone.

G'day Brett, if you are startinig fom the north, which I reckon is the best place to start, set up camp down at North Pool and wait for a friendly group to go past and ask if you can tag along.

The two times we have done the CSR, 1st with one other vehicle, and the 2nd, on our own.

Might have to give that a try...will make my decision in the two weeks of travelling up to Broome.

Would do it by myself, but I will have my 4 year old little boy with me.....even with all the right gear, its more comforting to have a fellow like minded traveller with you.

With so many travellers on the CSR these days, I am sure we would be OK.

North Pool is at the start just out of Wiluna.

As we are heading from the North would you think Wolfe Creek would be the best place to keep an eye our for southern CSRTravellers ??
