I'll buy your zero tonight Willem. I've got heavy rain, sleet and -2 wind chill - my power bill will almost cost me more then my diesel this month :-))

Going down to zero.
Passed that an hour or so ago here in tropical? Tassy. Looking at minus 2 now on our back verandah. Ice already on cars. Inside fires going well though. Used the jaffle iron tonight to make tea.

Damn it is cold in Townsville
Got down to 15 last night and only 26 today. Will have to break out the long sleeve t-shirt if this gets worse!

Thanks Kiwi, should have done it ages ago. Mate we used quick steel, and it was very successful. We where just going to recover it off the mountain and then tilt tray it home, but I drove it all the way home and it survived a three and a half hour drive. I have got to get some for the tool kit. I posted a detailed report above.

I'll just leave when I wake up during the night.

Keep a firm grip on the shanaghans on the Forum while we are out at Innamincka.
