the poll is whether bullbars should be banned in the city?

hmmmmmm

do we re attach them at the city limits and leave them in a bullbar cloak room when we re enter.
maybe city link will kindly look after them for us at cost of course??????

Don't need tow bars in the city either, or anything with a motor larger than 1.3 litres, or a manual car, or brains!

Maybe we should check them at the city limits too. Of course there needs to be a shop there to buy the following city essentials

road rage
door locks (at least five on each door)
huge insurance costs
smog - oops that supplied free
burglar alarms

Don't be fooled, if you have a bullbar you are BETTER OFF OUT OF THE CITYSo many places to go!
So much work to do :0(

agree with the first line,

second line.. No need for shop, as soon as people see the bleep ty, they just turn their brains off anyway...

I'd love to live out of the city, out in the bush, but not much need for IT gurus out there.

We should bombard the forum with comments about real problems

1. FOG LIGHTS IN URBAN AREAS!
2. REGULAR DRIVING COMPETENCE TESTS, EYE TESTS.
3. INCONSIDERATE/ILLEGAL DRIVING AOUND SCHOOLS/SHOPPING CENTRES.
4. ETC......

BTW what is the URL of that forum, I might get the ball rolling......

Hi Guys,

It's Al's better half responding, I agree with Gary, esp point 2, Eye Tests. I had my eye's lasered last year, now have perfect vision, but during the course of recovery I realised that legal driving vision is a joke, in fact it's worse than that it's scary. This should be revised for a start, and definitely eyes should be tested regularily, mine will be tested every 12 months.

And you're other points are valid too.

cheers

Lyn [aka Mrs. Al]

happy driving, and if you can't find em...grind em..

Wouldn't worry about the pedestrians/family car driver types etc. They're a bunch of snapped asshole looking faces with nothing better to complain about.
Drunk four wheel driver - criminal
Drunk "normal car driver" - misdemeanour
If anybody tried an uprise against bullbars (4x4s basically) they call it, "Hitler, the evil uprising." Go get f*cked, the whole lot of yers, if you've got the balls to respond to this - fuc*in do gooders.Gibb River in July.

I know its frustrating but ridicule is a far more rewarding endeavour than letting the treehuggers get under ya skin.

Hi Toonfish,

As I have mentioned elsewhere on this forum.....the bullbar issue has been around for nigh on 20 years. It is dead in the water and not worth wasting space on.

New bullbar laws came into effect in January this year and that is where we are at.Cheers, Willem
