Depending on what model you own, there are some updated maps for the Navman, however.....It will cost you money!!!
see this link for more information ===>
Map Updates and Trade-ins
You need to realise that all of these in-Car Navigations aren't perfect and should not be relied upon for all navigation, as per the opening screen of your Navman when starting up the first time. They all more or less use the same data for their maps BTW, so other brands may not fix the problem, depending on the age of your Navigation System and the freeway.
Hope this helps.

What do you mean by ...'all of these in-Car Navigations aren't perfect and shouldn't be relied upon for all navigation'. What a load of rubbish. Why do you think people purchase in-car navigation? I use a Garmin Quest and it has never (NEVER) led me up a one-way street or down a garden path.

RTFM then before engaging mouth....especially the page on "cautions and warnings" on the latest manual.(
Quest & Quest 2 manual)
Next, re-read that quoted statement and think about what it is saying, rather than blindly going off to "rubbish" the statement. The fact that the Quest talks about "locking up" or "freezing".....doesn't sound very perfect to me. hmmmm.
Just because you have never had a problem, does not mean that the product is perfect.....a poor assumption indeed.
As an aside, what does the "Safe Driver Warning Message" say when starting up the unit? Is it an navigation warning message or a "don't operate when driving" type?
