I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Pajero Exceed that Im looking to sell. Car is Petrol and LPG with 160k km on clock. Has full electrics with cream leather interior as well as BFG's and extractors. Colour is Marroon on Grey and is set up for caravan towing and has full service history. Problem is, not sure what its worth. Any clues would be most appreciative.

G'Day Hursty

Suggest a search through carsales.com & Trading Post to see what people are asking.
Redbook might give a better guide to what people are getting!
Cheers Roy

"glut of 4wds on the market at the monent" Hi Pete, mate you not wrong there. Have never seen so many prado's for sale. Havnt really looked at the other brands. I would not like to be trying to sell and be trying for top $$$. At least with LPG/petrol might be an advantage for Hursty while trying to sell. Regards Steve M

Yes Steve, when I brought The Jack, Their would be 3 Prados on car sales, looked the other car out of curiosty and their was pages of them. Their is even a td sitting in Blacks Toyota yard in Bathurst at the moment. You use to have to put your name down on a waiting list for 2nd hand turbos. Mind you the jack has not put a foot wrong, only rountine services. The pretty red paint scratches easy though. Should have gone for white like you
Just switched to 10/30 castrol proffessional oil on the advice of a mate who is a bit of a Jack expert, and I am sure the economy is better.
I am going to have to hang on to it for a long time because it sure as hell is not worth anything now. Lucky it was a bargain at the time.
If you want to seriously sell a vehicle you will have to meet the market . Heard of a low k 2001 Jack with goodies going for $9000.00
Cheers Pete
