White patrol this morning on Northern Rd and where Coreen Av cross Penrith about 7:15am. Think number plate started with KEZ ??? Had explore oz wheel cover. Yeah I know but is the first one I have seen in years.... Regards Steve M

It wasn't me. If I'm not mistaken that is close to south Penrith and we have a tour guide member that lives near Southlands shopping Centre. Could be him.

Seen it heaps too, I belive the persons name is steve???? and he used to be on the
forum long time ago. Was talking to him a couple of years back at a 4wd club expo. Pretty sure that is who it is.
